This map shows the approximate value increase (var%) of city blocks in Plateau-Mont-Royal, Montreal, between the 2015 and 2018 city-wide assessments. A representative unit was selected and used as the benchmark for each block. It was built using (1) the “Unités d'évaluation foncière” dataset from Montreal’s open data portal for the units' general information and (2) scraped data from the “Rôle d'évaluation foncière” website for the property values.
Each bracket represents a sixth of the total blocks count. Hover the blocks to see the details.
